For twenty years 4Seasons Transportation has provided barrier-free transportation in Calgary and area for students living with a broad spectrum of motor and cognitive challenges, illness and injury.
As a service provider to the Calgary Board of Education and the Calgary Catholic School District 4Seasons Transportation employs a dynamic team of more than 500 staff and operates a fleet of 330 school busses and vans.
Reporting to the Operations Manager this critical role plans, directs, and coordinates the programs for acquisition, maintenance, repair, and utilization of the 4Season’s fleet of busses and transportation vehicles. As a key member of the leadership team this role will also provide support to daily fleet and driver operations as well as related process management. With a mission of continuous improvement, the Fleet Manager develops and champions processes that enhance fleet operations as well as the driver and passenger experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a related Fleet Management role. Your in-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and safety regulations are underpinned by solid communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to collaborate with internal teams, drivers, and service providers.
