Based in Calgary, 4Seasons Transportation carries students living with disabilities to school in a safe, calm and compassionate way. For twenty years 4Seasons Transportation has provided barrier-free transportation in Calgary and area for students living with a broad spectrum of motor and cognitive challenges, illness and injury.
As a service provider to the Calgary Board of Education and the Calgary Catholic School District 4Seasons Transportation employs a dynamic team of more than 500 staff and operates a fleet of 330 school busses and vans.
As the Director, Executive Operations, you will work as the strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and contribute directly to the company’s growth, results and reputation. This high impact position will lead and oversee marketing, communications, and public relations efforts. As a key member of the senior leadership team this role will develop, communicate, and spearhead strategies designed to propel the realization of both near and long-term corporate goals. With a mandate to increase internal collaboration and communication this role will also drive business efficiency and consistency.
This leadership role requires a minimum of 15 years’ experience gained in a related environment. Your in-depth knowledge of marketing, communications and public relations is underpinned by corporate leadership skills and well-developed project management expertise. You have a proven ability to develop and enhance organizational strategy and thrive as an integral member of a fast-paced leadership team.
