From heavy-duty engine oils and hydraulic fluids to automatic transmission fluids and gear oils and greases. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources the Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to support corporate leadership teams and enable people, business, culture, talent, and HR processes. This position is a key member of a team of 13-person human resource team that propels the success of the global HF Sinclair Lubricant & Specialities division.
Day-to-day, your focus will be to work closely with commercial business leaders providing HR support in the deployment of people plans that support the business. You will diagnose, investigate, and drive proactive strategies to the people priorities essential in delivering business goals both near and long-term.
This position will utilize broad HR expertise to support the following Corporate Leadership Team members: Accounting and Finance, Tax, Legal, Sales and R&D.
As a candidate for this role, your deep understanding of Human Resources is underpinned by a proven ability to support senior organizational leaders. Ideally, you will have a minimum of five years of human resource experience gained in a large complex industrial organization combined with a post-secondary education in Human Resource Management.
