Born and educated in Saskatchewan, Bill brings over 15 years of executive and senior-level recruitment experience, having worked with Canadian-based national and global recruitment firms.
Bill has extensive recruitment experience across a broad range of industries, including: agri-business, oil and gas, power, mining, construction, technology, industrial, consumer packaged goods, the public sector, and not-for- profit organizations.
In 2015, Bill founded Limelight Recruitment Inc. to continue his work in the executive recruitment and consulting industry.
Working closely with a team of geographically dispersed recruitment consultants and support staff, Bill utilizes his team and their unique strengths on every assignment engaged upon.

As an entrepreneur, not-for-profit executive, community leader and professional recruiter, Brian has actively helped people and organizations accurately assess their strengths and value propositions, while developing proactive strategies to achieve corporate goals.
After the birth of his son in July 2016, Brian left his decade-long tenure with a national executive search firm. He now devotes his professional time to providing executive recruiting services with Limelight, leading a not-for-profit corporation that supports the development of climate change technologies; and building a career management coaching practice. He and his wife are also launching Cartoon Kids Clothing Co., a boutique clothing company.
Brian is committed to supporting his community. He is the National Chair of the Board of Trout Unlimited Canada; a member of the Children, Youth, and Families funding committee of the Calgary Foundation; a Board Member of Brown Bagging for Kids, and is a member of the Business Development Committee with the United Way of Calgary and Area.
Brian holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Calgary where he studied the impact of successful career change for midlife professionals. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University.
Manager, Client Service and Administration
Sarah Offredi has worked in various executive recruitment and human resources support roles for over six years. Previously holding positions with national and international firms, Sarah has supported the growing team at Limelight Recruitment since joining the firm in early 2016.
Dedicated to client service excellence, Sarah brings enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail to every Limelight assignment for each of our unique clients.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta, a certificate in Project Management from S.A.I.T, and is currently pursuing her law degree. During her studies, Sarah has been an active volunteer with Student Legal Services (SLS) and Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC).
