Working as part of an elite fast-moving tax team for a global organization, the Manager, Taxation will be responsible for reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate tax provision calculations. The Manager, Taxation will also review tax returns for the corporation and various subsidiaries. This leadership role owns the relationships with tax auditors and interacts with tax authorities throughout the year and during reviews. The Manager, Taxation also plays an ongoing critical role in assessing the tax exposure of potential business transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and various integration strategies.
As a candidate for this position, you will enjoy working collaboratively and leading a team of high-performance tax professionals. Your broad accounting knowledge is underpinned by a proven ability to develop and review corporate tax documentation. You see the big picture and have the curiosity and ability to dig into the details to drive accurate results. Foundationally you have a post-secondary education in accounting and a CPA designation complemented by a minimum of eight years’ experience focusing on corporate tax.
