Based in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the Vice President, Canadian Prairie Operations will oversee, manage and grow consulting operations across the Canadian Prairie region (Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba). You will ensure the seamless integration of engineering, field and consulting practices, while optimizing operational efficiency and advancing strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include both business development and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a seasoned leader with a solid background in engineering and consulting operations management.

As a candidate for this position, you enjoy leading high–impact business development initiatives to pursue high-value engineering projects. Your broad engineering knowledge is underpinned by an ability to drive business growth while enhancing operations. You have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to foster concepts and strategies that are eco-mindful. Foundationally, you have a post-secondary degree in Engineering complemented by a minimum of ten years’ experience in engineering consultation. An MBA is also considered advantageous to further enhance your business knowledge.
