Reporting to the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Coril Holdings, the Manager, Total rewards will be a key member of the senior leadership team. Acting as a strategist, analyst and collaborator to develop design and review recommendations for total rewards programs ensuring they are competitive, progressive and aligned with Coril’s values, pay philosophies, and strategic direction.
The Manager, Total Rewards will work collaboratively with members of the operating companies and engage with them to create program consistency while streamlining processes and systems across the organization. As a partner with Human Resources and other internal and external stakeholders this role will provide analysis, development, and delivery of new and enhanced total reward programs.
As an ideal candidate for this role, you will have related post-secondary education and certifications, combined with six plus years of total rewards experience. You thrive in a hands-on role and use your outstanding people skills to partner and facilitate discussions with senior leaders. You have proven project and change management skills with the capability to use judgment and discretion.
